Process workflow:
Expressing interest
Visits (I will send a link with dates to interested people. Unfortunately, I will have to do it Berlin style -> a few people visiting on the same time slot. I dont like it and i am sorry for that, but I need to be time efficient ;/)
Please have all the documents ready - either physical or ready to send via email
Decision
I will give you a blank contract to read
All documents will be then sent to house administration for approval
Approval
Signing the contract - most likely remotely
Flat handover
Most likely my friend will hand over the keys to you (not worth it for me to come from Poland for 30 min…)
Will make some videos before the handover explaining how things work (washing machine, elevator, keys, etc)
